the math work on his deficit plan and his tax plan. are we going to get those details in the course of the debate? >> well, you know, david, i wish you guys were just as tough on the president. the president says he's going to create a million new manufacturing jobs. he doesn't say how. he says he's going to reduce the long-term debt and deficit by $4 trillion. doesn't say how he's going to do it. let's be fair here. governor romney has laid out a direction and a vision for the direction of this country. he's not an accountant. he is not going to go line-by-line through the budget. but let's hold the president to the same standard and criticize him as well, because how does he create a million new manufacturing jobs, david? he hasn't told anybody the specifics of that. how will he reduce $4 trillion in debt? we're still waiting to hear what he thinks about simpson-bowles, which he commissioned. he's been the president and hasn't given us specifics. so let's be fair here. >> so that's really the approach then? you're a former prosecutor. you understand how the courtroom works. mitt r

and on the state exchanges, that the congress forced the state to raise taxes and tell them how to pend it the supreme court weighed in on that. the statute is 2700 pages long and there are many other challenges in the court system to other parts of the statu. there are 45 plaintiffs all religious organizations many of them catholic and arch dose dose of new york challenged the so-called employer man date. the employer man date requires employers to buy health insurance that makes services available that violate the employer's values like birth control and abortion and euthaniasia. this would apply to universities and students. can yesterday the supreme court recognized one of the employer mandate challenges made its way to the federal appellate court and the appeals court said we don't want to hear supreme court said we are about to tell the appeals court to hear this. so it can make its way to us. the supreme court will rule on this next year rather than three or four years from now. >> gretchen: what is the messaging from the supreme court that they would tell a court below to rule o

the world there is a struggle for fairness. the united nations once again proposing a global tax on billionaires. 1% of their wealth would be given to the u.n. to disperse throughout the third world. it's not going to happen but that's what many want to see. wealthy people being forced f. to give up assets to the controlling power. the problem with that is the that controlling power is often corrupt, inept or apathetic. does anyone believe the u.n. spends money responsibly? anyone? buehrle? how about the u.s.a.? the more money washington gets the more it wastes. why? because we don't have enough federal workers to police the entitlements hundreds of billions of dollars are wasted or stolen. we all remember this guy in the bathtub, jeff neeley partying in vegas his crew ran up $825,000 in expenses for nothing. they just wanted to live large on the taxpayer dime. how about the drug enforcement agency? few years ago it sent 368 people to istanbul for a conference. price tag $1.2 million. more than a thousand dollars aday for each american at the event. i could sit here all night and
